Refund Policy

Return Request Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Refunds are not granted for items that show signs of use or have broken seals. Cold-chain items and discounted items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@sidmedicos.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address in South Korea. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item in Korea.

Refund Conditions
If the product was not damaged or incorrectly delivered by us, the customer must arrange return shipping at their own expense. Refunds are only issued after our team verifies the condition and quantity of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Compliance
Items that do not meet the above return conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
