Orders and Payment
We accept payments exclusively through Shop Pay. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. We may cancel or restrict orders in case of suspected resale, fraud, or legal concerns.

Shipping and Risk Transfer
All products are shipped from Seoul, South Korea using international couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and others. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier based on destination. Ownership and risk are transferred to the customer when the shipment is handed over to the courier, under Incoterms 2020: CPT (Carriage Paid To).

Product Use
All products must be used strictly according to the instructions on the product packaging. Off-label use is strictly prohibited.

Marketing Communication
If you create an account, your data may be used for account services and, only with your consent, for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
