Shipping Policy

Fulfillment and Processing Time
Orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea, typically within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed and, if required, professional credentials are verified. Korean public holidays may cause additional delay.

Delivery Time
Shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Customs inspections in the recipient country may cause further delays.

Couriers
We use international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and others. We select the most suitable courier based on your shipping address and order size.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and volume of your order. Import duties, taxes, and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to pay duties, you will be responsible for return shipping and re-delivery fees
