- Last Name

All important notifications — including approval status, rejection notices, and shipment tracking numbers — will be sent to this email. - Password (you create your own password)
- Medical License Upload (This is the most important step)
Upload a valid medical license or certificate proving you are qualified to use aesthetic medical products (e.g. doctor, nurse, or aesthetician).
Files must be under 5MB.
3. Submit Your Application
Click Register to submit your request for approval.
4. Approval Process
After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirming that your account is pending approval.
This means your documents have been successfully submitted and are awaiting review by our Team Lemonbottle.
Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.
⚠️ If any required documents are missing or your qualifications do not meet our standards, your application may be rejected.

Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your account has been successfully activated.
You can then log in and start purchasing Lemon Bottle products freely through our official store.
